In the boutique state-of-the-art kitchens, discover how to make your own ganache and temper chocolates like a professional. With the best ingredients and expert tutors, you’ll go through the various stages of bonbon making, while also delving into the fascinating history of this popular treat, including the source of cocoa.
You’ll also taste your way through a variety of single origin chocolate to experiment how flavours changed base on origin. And to satisfy sweet cravings beyond the class, take home a box of 10 handmade chocolates each valued at £18. Who could resist?

What happens on the day?
Upon arrival to Melt HQ in Notting Hill, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the master chocolatiers. For an hour and a half, you’ll immerse yourself completely in the world of chocolate as you learn insider tips to creating the perfect bonbon, before discovering the history of the classic sweet treat. You’ll be provided with all the equipment for the day and take home a box of 10 handmade chocolate valued at £18 each.
Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

- Access to the class is via three steps down into the kitchen

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
