Step away from the bustling streets of London and indulge yourself and a lucky friend or partner with a Champagne Afternoon Tea at the Courthouse Hotel, Regent Street. This Grade II listed building was once a magistrate’s court that saw the trials of many famous people, including Oscar Wilde and John Lennon, in its time. Now it welcomes guests from all over the world into its stylish interior which has retained many of its original features.

Sit back and enjoy a chilled glass of Champagne along with an afternoon tea of savoury finger sandwiches, pastries, cakes and warm scones. Perfect as a break in sight seeing or shopping or as a treat for a special occasion, this experience with its unique location is a fabulous way to spend an afternoon.

What happens on the day?

On arrival you’ll be greeted by staff and shown to your table where you’ll enjoy your Champagne afternoon tea for two featuring finger savoury finger sandwiches, pastries, cakes, scones with clotted cream and preserves, served with your choice of tea and of course a glass of chilled Champagne each.

A stone’s throw away from the famous Liberty’s department store and the shopping paradise of Bond Street, Regent Street and Carnaby Street, the Courthouse Hotel in Regent Street is situated in a former, Grade II Listed, Magistrates Court, retaining much of its original historical features with a modern twist.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

Availability

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Please note that the silk restaurant is currently closed. However, you can alternatively enjoy an afternoon tea at Soho Wala.

This experience is available seven days a week, excluding selected public holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Tables can be booked from 13.00 to 16.30. Please contact the supplier when making a booking for updated availability.

It is recommended that you book at least 4 weeks in advance for weekday bookings and 12 weeks in advance for weekends to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your Champagne afternoon tea for two will last approximately 1 hour, but you are welcome to relax in the comfortable surroundings for as long as you wish.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
