See London in 1960s style with a classic open top tour aboard an original Routemaster bus. You’ll travel through time as you take in all of London’s most iconic buildings, from Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and St. Paul’s Cathedral to The Shard and The London Eye.
Your carefully tailored route will be narrated by superb comedic tour guides, who alongside unique technical additions create an immersive audio-visual experience to remember. Each guide lives in and loves London, and through their light-hearted storytelling, they’ll bring to life 2,000 years of history. On-board screens and a state of the art sound system will be on hand to detail London through the ages with site-specific music, songs and subtle sound effects.

What happens on the day?
Your tour gets underway outside the Grand Hotel on Northumberland Avenue, from which you’ll hop aboard your 1960s Routemaster and set off around town.
Your tour has been designed to cover all the best things to see in London. Your tour guide will provide entertaining and informative narration as you go, with audio-visual additions adding context with site-specific music and songs to keep things lively throughout.
Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.
- Minimum age: 5 (under 15s must be accompanied by a paying adult)

This experience is available seven days a week throughout the year at 12.05, 14.10 and 16.10. Excluded dates include December 24,25,26 and 31 and January 1.
We recommend you book 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Tours will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Seats are allocated first come first serve basis. We strongly advise you to arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
