What happens on the day?

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team, and given a 15-minute introductory session going over health and safety, before it’s time for the two of you to be paired up with the perfect donkey each. Then, you’ll set off walking alongside your donkey and leading them around some of the picturesque 110-acre farm. Along the way, learn more about donkeys, their behaviour and their welfare.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 12 Under 16's need to be accompanied by a participating rider ages 18 or over.
• We cannot allow anyone to walk alongside the horses. 
• This Experience includes walking around farm tracks which may be rough, bumpy and muddy - not suitable for wheelchairs, push-chairs or walking aids.

Availability

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.

The experience is available - Monday to Sunday (exclusions may apply) 

We recommend you book at least  4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for the full experience - this includes, registration, introduction and feedback. Please arrive 30 minutes before your experience starts

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
