What happens on the day?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the escape room for a pre-game briefing. Then, you’ll be led to your chosen escape room and told the background story as well as what is required to be achieved. Once you’re ready, you’ll have 60 minutes to escape. Having completed the mission, you’ll be given a debrief and the opportunity to take some photos.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 10 (Children between 10-11 must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Children between 12-16 must have adult on the premises or within 5 minutes reach)
• Climbing stairs will be required
• The experience is unsuitable for wheelchair users
• High heeled shoes are not recommended
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary 

Availability

Your voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Please be sure to book and use it before the expiry date shown.

Your voucher is valid for use Monday to Friday throughout the year. Some date exclusions may apply.

We recommend you book at least one week in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour 15 minutes for the full experience (includes briefing, game, debrief and photos)

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
