What happens on the day?

Immerse yourselves in the City Story on The Manchester City Stadium Tour. The Stadium Tour begins as you enter at the south of the stadium, where you will be greeted by your professional tour guide who will take you on a 75-minute tour of the Etihad Stadium and provide you with insights and anecdotes.

Your behind-the-scenes tour at the home of the Treble winners includes an exclusive look at the home team dressing room, where you can take a selfie with your favourite players shirt, before gaining an insight into what happens in this room on matchdays with an immersive audio-visual show. Then walk down the famous glass players’ tunnel to the sound of the Etihad Stadium crowd and get a Pep’s-eye view of the stadium, with the chance to sit in the manger’s seat in the dugouts. The Stadium Tour will also provide the opportunity to walk through the award-winning hospitality suite, The Tunnel Club. You can then pose for a photo and field questions with a virtual Pep Guardiola in the press conference room.

You will then enjoy a buggy ride across to the City Football Academy where you will go behind the scenes at the club’s state-of-the-art training facility, where the Men’s & Women’s First Teams, Elite Development Squad, and Academy players all train. You will also see the elite facilities and training pitches used by all our teams, from the youngest Academy age groups through to the senior sides, and tour the Academy Stadium, which hosts our women’s first team and the Elite Development Squad. This is your chance to gain a deeper understanding of Manchester City as you learn about the journey our young players embark on, from walking through the doors of the City Football Academy as a six-year-old, to becoming a professional footballer.

Participant guidelines

• Your voucher is valid for two adults (over 16) and two children (aged 4 to 15)
• The tour is fully accessible for disabled visitors, with lifts to all the areas on the tour.  If you require any special arrangements, please discuss this with the supplier at the time of booking
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Please make a note of the expiry date on your voucher, your experience needs to be booked and taken by this date.

Tours run every Saturday and Sunday and seven days a week during school holidays. Tours have limited availability on training and match days and are subject to fixtures and events. Please contact the call centre for more information.

We recommend you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. Tour dates are released approximately three months in advance.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your experience (please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the tour start time).

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
