What happens on the day?

Ensure a smooth start to your day by arriving at the spa from 09.30. You’ll be greeted by the friendly staff who’ll give you juice on arrival and your robe, towels and flip flops, before granting you access to the gym and the beautiful 12 acres of Listed Gardens.

Begin your day with a session of meditation or Qi Gong, aiming to achieve ultimate clarity and movement of positive energy in the body. Unwind with a 55 minute Reiki or Healing and Balance Treatment as you channel pure relaxation. There’s also a Daily Wellness Talk, providing you with top tips on how to better look after yourself.

This experience also includes £18 lunch allocation with tempting dishes to suit all tastes.  Feeling like a brand new person, your day will come to a finish at 18.00 as you return home feeling completely revitalised.    

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)
• The Lifehouse Spa & Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible - if you have any specific needs please ask for more details when booking
• Hen and Stag party bookings are not accepted
• All bookings must be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment
• Bookings for more than 6 people are subject to availability and must be pre authorised by the hotel
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The experience is available Monday  to Thursday from 09.00 to 18.00, throughout the year (exclusions may apply).

Please note that due to availability, bookings are not available until September 2022.

Fridays may be available, subject to availability, at a £25 per person supplement payable to the Hotel directly.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 9 hours for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
