How it Works
1. Choose an experience and place your order
Browse through our categories and find the perfect gift or treat yourself to something you've always wanted to do. Add your gift to the basket and then proceed through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation at the end of the checkout confirming all your details and what you have purchased.
Please note that for further peace of mind, if your recipient is not entirely happy with your choice you can rest assured that they can exchange the experience for another from our extensive range. If you are using one of the leaflets inside your Greeting card, don’t forget to enter the discount code before completing your purchase. Then complete the tear off portion of the leaflet and pop it into the card.
2. Receiving your gift
Your gift will be sent in a plain brown envelope so not to spoil any surprises. Inside you'll find a beautiful, white and gold, matt-laminated folder, containing a full description of your selected Five Star Experience together with your personal message and full instructions.
3. Booking the experience.
When it is time to book the experience, please choose your preferred location from the booking details online. All locations will have a booking telephone number. Please call this number and make your booking. In most cases your voucher will be valid for 9 months and your voucher must be booked and used within this time.
4. When the day arrives!
It's the day of your experience, which means it's time to have fun! For some experiences you may need to check weather conditions with the supplier before you leave home, if so, just a quick call will make sure you don't ruin your day!
