Grab a fellow whisky enthusiast and head on over to MAP Maison in London, where you can enjoy a spirited afternoon getting to grips with one of the largest Japanese Whisky collections in London.

Kick things off in style with a welcome Highball Cocktail, typical to Japan, accompanied by light nibbles. MAP Maison prides itself on its creative and talented team of mixologists, and you’ll have one on hand to take you through the fascinating history of Japanese whisky and its three main distilleries, Nikka, Suntory and Shinshu Mars. You’ll sample three premium whiskies, before getting to create your own beautifully prepared whisky cocktail.

What happens on the day?

The two of you will head over to MAP Maison, where you can take in the bar’s stunning 1920s styled décor as you’ll be seated at the bar to enjoy a welcome cocktail and light nibbles. From there, you’ll be taken through the fascinating history of Japanese whisky by one of MAP Maison’s expert mixologists and enjoy three premium whiskies. Finish things off by creating your own Japanese whisky cocktail.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

Availability

The experience is available Tuesday to Sunday from 12.00 to 19.00. Excluded dates may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
