What happens on the day?

You can pick up your family passes at the Visitor Information Centre in York. From there, you can tailor your visit exactly as you please, making use of unlimited Hop On Hop Off bus travel to explore the sights in style.

With entry to over 20 of York’s iconic attractions, you can spend the day getting to know the history and culture of this beautiful town just as it suits you.

Participant guidelines

• Your voucher is valid for two adults (over 18) and two children (5 to 16)
• Passes are activated at the first attraction visited
• Passes must be used on one day
• Passes are valid per calendar day and are not valid over a 24 hour period
• Passes permit one visit per attraction
• York Pass is not liable for attraction closures due to special events
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Your voucher can be exchanged for you passes seven days a week at the Visitor Information Centre, York. 

Your voucher must be activated before the expiry date printed on it. All attractions are subject to availability.

Your pass will cover a maximum entry value of £75 per adult and £50 per child on the day (price based on standard admission prices for the attractions).

Please allow one day for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
