What happens on the day?

On arrival at the Abbey Hotel in Bath, you’ll be warmly welcomed and checked in before being shown to your Contemporary room. From there, the time is yours to enjoy as you wish, whether that’s wandering the streets and marvelling at the Georgian architecture, visiting some of the attractions nearby, or simply relaxing in your comfortable and charming room.

In the evening, you’ll enjoy a three-course dinner in the hotel restaurant with its brasserie-style atmosphere and exquisite cuisine won’t disappoint. In the morning, you’ll be served a delicious cooked or continental breakfast to set you up for the day.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 18
• Dogs are welcome to enjoy you stay with you - there is a charge of £15 per dog per night (includes a bed, water bowl and deep cleaning of the room). Dogs are welcome in the bar and lounge area, but not in the restaurant
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Your one night stay is available Sunday to Thursday. Exclusions may apply.

Friday and Saturday night stays are subject to availability - The hotel reservations team will advise of a weekend supplementary charge when booking

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Check-in will be from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
