What happens on the day?

On arrival at The Holiday Inn, Manchester, you’ll be able to check in from 15:00 and be greeted by a member of staff. They’ll direct you to your stylish double or twin room for the duration of your stay, where you'll find a bottle of prosecco. From there, the time is yours to enjoy as you wish, resting in the hotel or exploring the local area’s music venues, football stadiums or shops. In the morning, you’ll both be served a cooked or continental breakfast, leaving you ready to take on the day.

Availability

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please book and use your experience before the date shown.

This experience is available Sunday to Friday throughout the year. Date exclusions such as match days and special or major events will apply.

Check in will be from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be until 11.00 on the morning of departure.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher.

You must book and take your experience before the expiry date.  All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
