What happens on the day?

On arrival at West Cliff Hotel, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and shown to your Classic room. From there, the time is yours to enjoy as you wish.

Head out to the nearby beaches, check out the bustling town centre, or simply relax and unwind in the luxurious hotel spa.

In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious three-course dinner in the hotel’s contemporary restaurant; and following a restful night, a cooked or continental breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

Availability

Your one night stay is available seven days a week, subject to availability.

Please note the hotel allows minimum two night stay for a Saturday from May to September.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Check-in will be from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
