What happens on the day?

The tour will commence on the front steps of the Summerhall, where you’ll meet your guide for the day. The first stop will be the small batch distillery, where you’ll learn all about how their gins are made and the original recipe. Next, head up to the boardroom to enjoy a perfectly poured gin and tonic each, delving deeper into the history of the tipple. Treat yourselves to a delicious unique cocktail, discovering the secret history behind the recipe. Finish in style with a tasting of four neat samples and take home a bag full of treats.

• Due to the historical nature of the building, this experience is not accessible to wheelchairs
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

This experience is available at 16.30 on Fridays and 13.30 on Saturdays throughout the year. Excluded dates may apply.

We recommend you book at least 1 week in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
