Just minutes from the magnificent Ely Cathedral and Oliver Cromwell’s house, there’s no better way to tuck into timeless British treats than whilst surrounded by rich British heritage.
You and a lucky friend can tuck into an array of sweet and savoury delights, from delicate finger sandwiches to freshly baked fruit and plain scones with clotted cream and jam, alongside tasty cakes and sweet treats. Top off the deliciousness with a glass of sparkling wine each.
On arrival at Poets House Hotel & Restaurant, you’ll receive a warm welcome by the staff, who’ll show you through to your pre-booked table in the Sonnet Bar and Lounge.
Sit back, relax and enjoy each other’s company, all whilst tucking into a delicious spread of sweet and savoury delights and a glass of sparkling wine.
Your afternoon tea is available seven days a week throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
