What happens on the day?
On arrival at New Lodge Farm, you’ll be warmly welcomed before being shown to your shepherds hut, which will be yours to enjoy during your three night stay. The days ahead are yours to be filled with whatever you choose – whether that’s exploring the local countryside, making the most of the chill out picnic area or enjoying the on-site facilities including a high quality restaurant.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- Fully Licensed bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- No dogs allowed in accomdation
Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
The experience is available:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Minimum 2, maximum of 4 night stay
- March to December(under normal circumstances)
- Lead booking times – one month
We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 10.00 on the day of departure.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
