Set within 12 acres of historic and picturesque grounds, The Lifehouse Spa & Hotel prides itself in offering a holistic haven in a busy world. Here you’ll find fantastic facilities including gym, hydrotherapy pool, steam and sauna suites, and even a salt inhalation room. Check into your Contemporary room, before doing as much or as little as you like.
On each evening you’ll enjoy a three-course dinner in the light, airy restaurant, with dishes ranging from uncomplicated elegance to excellent classic. Each morning, enjoy a full English breakfast – with plenty of healthy options if you’d prefer – to set you up for more relaxing.

What happens on the day?
Once you’ve checked into your room you will be free to change into the robes and slippers provided before taking advantage of the Lifehouse Spa facilities. Take a dip in the hydrotherapy or swimming pools, relax in the sauna, steam and salt inhalation room, or get physical in the gym. You are also welcome to explore the lovely grounds, and for an additional cost, book yourself in for an effective beauty treatment or massage.
Each evening you’ll enjoy a three-course dinner in the hotel restaurant and, each morning of your stay, enjoy a tasty full English breakfast.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- The Lifehouse Spa & Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible - if you have any specific needs please ask for more details when booking
- Hen and Stag party bookings are not accepted
- All bookings must be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment
- Bookings for more than 6 people are subject to availability and must be pre authorised by the hotel
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Available Sunday to Thursday. Date restrictions including 24 December to 1 January, Valentines day and Bank Holidays will apply.
Fridays may be available, subject to availability, at a £50 supplement payable to the Hotel directly.
Please note that due to availability, bookings are very limited until September 2022.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out by 11.00 on the morning of departure. You are welcome to arrive earlier or depart later to use the spa facilities.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
