What happens on the day?
On arrival at St. Paul’s Cathedral, you’re free to wander the exquisite building and absorb the atmosphere of this storied site at your leisure. See the sights when you journey up the winding staircase and witness panoramic views of London. You can take advantage of a new inclusive multimedia guide, available in nine different languages, as well as audio description and British Sign Language. You’re also welcome to join the guided tours and welcome talks at no extra charge; just register at the volunteer information desk once you arrive.
On arrival at The Swan at The Globe you’ll be greeted and shown to your pre-booked table. Soak up the stunning surroundings whilst tucking into an array of sweet and savoury treats including finger sandwiches, scones, pastries and cakes.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.
- Minimum age: 18
- Filming and photography is not allowed inside the cathedral
- Visitors and worshippers to the Cathedral may not bring bags, rucksacks or suitcases which are larger than airline hand baggage into the Cathedral. Please be aware that there are no left luggage facilities outside the cathedral
- A reasonable level of fitness is desirable as some walking is involved
- The Globe is fully wheelchair accessible
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
St Paul's Cathedral
Your visit to St Paul's Cathedral can be taken at any time when the Cathedral is open for sightseeing.
The Cathedral is typically open for sightseeing Monday to Saturday between 8.30 and 16.00 (last admission). Access to the galleries is between 9.30 and 16.15 (last climb). The Cathedral closes for sightseeing at 16.30.
Welcome talks last 15 to 30 minutes and are usually every hour from 10.30 to 14.30 (registration is on arrival only and are subject to availability) Tours last 90 minutes and typically start at 10.00, 11.00, 13.00 and 14.00.
Please note: St Paul’s Cathedral is a working church and as such can sometimes be part or fully closed for a part or full day with little or no notice. This is rare though and any restrictions on visiting hours are usually known well in advance. Please check opening hours before visiting.

Afternoon Tea at The Swan
Afternoon tea takes place Monday to Friday throughout the year. Some date exclusions may apply, including the Festive period between 28th November and 8th January.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 12.00 - 17.00
Thursday and Friday : 12.00 - 18.00
We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the tour with an addition 2 hours to enjoy the afternoon tea.
Please also remember to allow travel times between the locations, as travel is not included!
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
