Delivery Guidelines

On activation of your voucher your delivery will be despatched. Your set will not arrive with you until the voucher received is claimed with the supplier as per the instructions given.

Delivery will be via Royal Mail, and please allow up to 5 working days for the set to arrive once you have made contact with the supplier.

Please note: Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only

Please note due to high numbers of orders and current restrictions on posting there could be delays in delivery.

Weekend//Next Day/Recorded delivery is not available with this product once claimed with the supplier.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date
