We arrvied in the middle of a snow-fall and were in two minds whether to stay. We did and I'm glad we did. The tour was interesting and informative and the tasting was fun and generous!
Informative tour and excellent tastings
This was a really enjoyable afternoon. It was a gift for my husband and we both found it very interesting. It was a beautiful setting at the Winery and Brewery. We visited the vines and then toured the rest. The guide was very informative about how everything was made, he showed us all the procedures the grape press and vats for brewing the beer. We then saw how the beer and wine was bottled and labelled. Then came the best part, the tasting We really enjoyed everything.
Very enthusiastic, funny and well informed tour guide that took us through all the processes of the winery and brewery. This was followed by a generous tasting of wine, beer and liqure leaving us quite light headed! Thankfully we booked a stay at the B and B which had a fantastic view of the orchard and garden. Would certain recommend this place to anyone looking for a short break to the countryside.
